We feel it’s important to share the changes we are making in response to the emergency and precautions we already have in place, to let you know that your health and safety is our number one priority. Here at Domus Socolatae, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our guests and employees.
While we always strive to maintain the highest standards when it comes to cleaning and maintaining our structures, we're taking it even further by increasing the frequency of our cleanings on public areas and being very thorough in our guest rooms.
We are staying up-to-date on all of the latest developments and guidelines suggested by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, our local Health Departments and other appropriate public orgnisms.
We would like to share what we are doing with you, in order to provide peace of mind and ensure you we are taking your safety seriously and taking the necessary precautions during your visit to one of our properties:
- breakfast buffet service is temporarily suspended. However, it will be a pleasure to serve up a personalized breakfast according to your requests in the common areas (garden) and, upon arrival, we will ask you for the most appropriate time for you. We will try to pay attention you don’t meet other guests close and at the same time and the social distancing, according to the most prudent safety standards. Upon request we will also provide breakfast in your room extracharge € 10.00 per person a day;
- regarding the check-in we believe and hope to be able to respect the past timetable. We are going to scrupulously follow the rules for sanitizing the rooms. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority;
- few days before your arrival we will also send you the access code to enter and any other useful information about the equipment of the accommodation you chose. Of course, we remain at your complete disposal if you wish our presence on check-in time;
- for practical reasons and to save time while checking in, at any time before arriving you can personally proceed to the online check-in form we are pleasure to send you
